Question what methods of shipping do we use?
AnswerWe ship small shipments of masks & neckstraps 1 to 5 items via United States Postal System to keep prices low and affordable. For larger shipments and pre-made assortments, we use FedEX.
Question When ordering a neck strap, can I pick one that I see in the generic pictures?
AnswerWe will do our best to try and honor this request, but there are just too many different styles/colors to be out of, so please understand if we don’t get the exact match.
Question When purchasing a neckstrap and a mask, will I be charged shipping for both?
AnswerNo, we won’t charge extra shipping for the add-on neckstrap.
Question How do I get the optional flannel material for the inside layer of the mask?
AnswerThere is an dropdown on the item order page that you can click on to order this option.
Question How do I request a special order mask?
AnswerIf there is something special you want such as a unique color, theme, pattern, shape, size or type of material, we will get back to you probably the same day with a price. Just put your wishes into an email to us at: sales@facemasksonline.us and you will hear from us.
